...Says who? Columbia. Was hoping for atleast an interview invite.
I did a post-ding review of my application. Could see two potential problems
(1) Not much school specific detail packed in my essay 1 (Don't know how I missed something this basic :-( )
(2) My answer to 'What are you most passionate about in life ?' feels a little immature when I read it now.

sorry to hear that....I hope Chicago clicks for both of us :)
Don't worry about it. Work on acing that Chi interview.!
No problemo. To tell you the truth, any b-school with an escalator in an odd place isn't worth it. :) That was my genuine reason for not applying there (so much for counter-logic).
I think Chicago is your place!

Hey,
I haven't been visiting here in a while, but but but.. I'm starting my MBA expedition now.. and I'm here on selfish motives. ;) I kinda have the same concerns that you do but only difference is I don't even have the credentials.
You seem to be on your way to quite a few good B-schools na? awesome.
Chicago GSB? WOW.. Good luck.
(Expect to hear more from me)
Good luck to Chicago. I am glad to see another Singaporean out there. I studied there for 6 years and had some fond memories. I hope you can come to the States.... to Chicago...:-)
Columbia ding?? put it this way. At least you won't have to walk in the teen degree weather the next time when the subway worker get on strike. What a shame!
Can you cook the delicious Singaporean food? yummmmmy.... Good luck!
hey.. sorry to hear that. just wondering.. you've applied only to three schools!!?
on a side note(has nothing 2 do with your post), you should get one of these(http://www.neoworx.net/neoboard/index.php) ... its fun

Sorry to hear about Columbia. Good luck with Chicago! Would love to hear how the interview goes for you. You are an Indian engineer in Singapore? That is so neat! How do you like it there? Looking at your profile, you are one month older than me! It's our year, man - dogs rule. :-)
